Experience: 1-2 years in core sales
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc Agriculture)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding orders and payments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics, SCM, and Packhouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to assess customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships for business growth.
- Manage payment collections efficiently.
- Conduct market price analysis for strategic insights.
- Engage clients with dynamic and effective communication.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (preferably B.Sc Agriculture).
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in F&V Category (retail, e-commerce, or B2B space).
